Project - Jaypee Insolvency Proceedings - Interim Resolution Professional

Duration - Aug 18th 2017 - Present

Responsibility - To supervise the process, analyze the Data and develop Reports for IRP, CoC Meetings

​

  1. Supervised a team of 40 member approx from various background for capturing the data.

  2. All the captured and clubbed data was checked and arranged in a proper format for further analysis.

  3. Coordinated with SAP Support, Commercial and Accounts Department for data required for further analysis and sanitization. 

  4.  After analyzing the data over various parameters like Home Buyers and Financial Creditors, Multiple Claims, FD Holders, Active/Inactive, Relevant v/s non-relevant Projects, Sub Lease Deed Executed; the cases were mapped under respective buckets. The Considered claims were financially analyzed and were distributed under variance bucketing.

  5. Correspondence With Customers –

    • Via Letter - More than 1200 letters were sent to Non-relevant Projects and Sub Lease Deed Executed customers, 7000 letters to FD holders were compiled, printed and dispatched in one day.

    • Via Email – Email was sent to the customers whose claim was in variance of more than 10k. Approximately 1300 emails were sent, customers who didn’t responded on the first mail, Reminder 1 and reminder 2 was sent and the final mail was sent to the customers who didn’t responded. A total of approx. 2500 mails were sent. Customer feedback was captured and further analyzed.

    • Combined effect of Revision in Toll Tariff and change in traffic mix captured in the form of average Toll Collection per vehicle for the respective period

  3. Growth Analysis - Revenue Growth Analysis over the previous Year, broken-down under Growth due to Volume and Tariff/Mix

Project - Reconciliation & Analysis of Company's Filed GST

Duration - June 22nd 2017 - July 20th 2017

Responsibility - Analyse and check for any under/over filed GSTR-1

  1. Complied various System reports on Earned and Utilized GST for the period

  2. Analysed the data based on available information

  3. Compared the same with filed GSTR figures.

  4. Any discrepancy found was reported to respective department for further analysis and correction if required.
